{"id":3359,"date":"2026-04-17T15:24:54","date_gmt":"2026-04-17T21:24:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/somos-hermanos.mx\/?p=3359"},"modified":"2026-04-17T15:24:54","modified_gmt":"2026-04-17T21:24:54","slug":"dia-mundial-de-la-hemofilia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/somos-hermanos.mx\/index.php\/2026\/04\/17\/dia-mundial-de-la-hemofilia\/","title":{"rendered":"D\u00eda Mundial de la Hemofilia"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW96271532 BCX0\">El D\u00eda Mundial de la Hemofilia es una iniciativa global que busca sensibilizar a la sociedad sobre esta rara enfermedad, dado que el 75 % de las personas que padecen trastornos hemorr\u00e1gicos no est\u00e1n diagnosticadas y muchas veces no saben ni a lo que se enfrentan debido a la falta de informaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW96271532 BCX0\">.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Este viernes 17 de abril se conmemora el D\u00eda Mundial de la Hemofilia, una fecha establecida por la Federaci\u00f3n Mundial de Hemofilia en honor al nacimiento de su fundador, Frank Schnabel.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">La hemofilia es una enfermedad hereditaria poco com\u00fan que afecta la coagulaci\u00f3n de la sangre, debido a que las personas presentan bajos niveles de prote\u00ednas encargadas de hacer que la sangre coagule de manera normal, es por ello\u00a0que\u00a0muchos pacientes presentan hemorragias espont\u00e1neas despu\u00e9s de una operaci\u00f3n o de una lesi\u00f3n.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Esta condici\u00f3n se origina por una mutaci\u00f3n en uno de los genes que dan las instrucciones para producir las prote\u00ednas de los factores de coagulaci\u00f3n necesarias para formar un co\u00e1gulo. Como consecuencia, estas prote\u00ednas pueden no funcionar correctamente o incluso estar ausentes.\u00a0Actualmente existen varios tipos de hemofilia; siendo los m\u00e1s frecuentes\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la hemofilia A,<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00a0que es cuando existe un d\u00e9ficit del factor de coagulaci\u00f3n VIII, y\u00a0<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">la hemofilia B<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, cuando el d\u00e9ficit se presenta en el factor IX.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Entre los s\u00edntomas m\u00e1s comunes se encuentran las hemorragias en diferentes partes del cuerpo, como articulaciones, debajo de la piel, m\u00fasculos, boca y enc\u00edas; sangrado despu\u00e9s de inyecciones; hemorragias en la cabeza de reci\u00e9n nacidos tras partos complicados; sangrados nasales frecuentes o dif\u00edciles de detener; as\u00ed como presencia de sangre en la orina o en las heces.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">El tratamiento de esta enfermedad se basa en la reposici\u00f3n del factor de coagulaci\u00f3n faltante, con el objetivo de permitir una adecuada coagulaci\u00f3n de la sangre y esto se realiza mediante la infusi\u00f3n intravenosa de concentrados del factor de coagulaci\u00f3n, preparados de forma comercial.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335551550&quot;:6,&quot;335551620&quot;:6}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Sin embargo, te recordamos que ante cualquier duda es importante acudir con un profesional de la salud, quien podr\u00e1 realizar un diagn\u00f3stico adecuado e indicar el tratamiento correspondiente seg\u00fan cada caso.
