Existen 100 millones de infantes abandonados en todo el mundo, de los cuales 40 millones pertenecen a Am\u00e9rica Latina,<\/strong> seg\u00fan los informes del Fondo de las Naciones Unidas para la Infancia (UNICEF).<\/p>\n

El pasado 12 de abril se celebr\u00f3 el D\u00eda Internacional del ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a en situaci\u00f3n de calle, mismo que se celebra en m\u00e1s de 130 pa\u00edses con el objetivo de lograr que las voces de millones de ni\u00f1os en situaci\u00f3n de calle en todo el mundo sean escuchadas<\/strong> y sus derechos no sigan siendo ignorados.<\/p>\n

En M\u00e9xico existen Fundaciones que se dedican a asistir a la infancia que por diversos motivos viven en las calles, as\u00ed como a j\u00f3venes y mujeres vulnerables. Tal es el caso de la Fundaci\u00f3n Esperanza Luz Del Sol AC, que, ha dedicado su trayectoria al beneficio de esta parte de la poblaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s vulnerable.<\/p>\n

Su trabajo ha sido entregar ayuda a personas en situaci\u00f3n de calle, principalmente a ni\u00f1os, j\u00f3venes, personas de la tercera edad y madres solteras que trabajan en los cruceros de las calles de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico y zona metropolitana. La organizaci\u00f3n ha representado una esperanza para mejorar su calidad de vida.<\/p>\n

Entre las actividades realizadas por la Fundaci\u00f3n Esperanza Luz Del Sol ha sido la entrega de ropa en la colonia Ampliaci\u00f3n Vicente Villada y la Perla del Municipio de Nezahualc\u00f3yotl Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

El 2 de marzo del a\u00f1o en curso tambi\u00e9n realiz\u00f3 entregas en materia de salud (gasas y jeringas) al personal de salud de la alcald\u00eda Tlalpan. De acuerdo con un informe del Senado de la Rep\u00fablica, la poblaci\u00f3n en situaci\u00f3n de calle es uno de los grupos m\u00e1s excluidos y vulnerables, a pesar de tener los mismos derechos humanos que la poblaci\u00f3n en general. Con frecuencia de casos en donde personas de todas las edades y en diferentes partes del pa\u00eds, son discriminadas, abusadas, violentadas y criminalizadas.<\/p>\n

Son los esfuerzos de la sociedad civil que se agrupa en Asociaciones Civiles como el reconocido trabajo de Esperanza Luz Del Sol, quienes aportan su ayuda para hacer una diferencia en el pa\u00eds que pueda mejorar la calidad de vida de este grupo de personas en estado m\u00e1s vulnerable.<\/p>\n

Sus valores como asociaci\u00f3n han mantenido el enfoque en su labor por los m\u00e1s desamparados,<\/strong> han sido la igualdad, equidad, respeto, perseverancia y colaboraci\u00f3n, mediante los cuales siguen trabajando por quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan y de quienes se han violado sus derechos.<\/p>\n
