{"id":1609,"date":"2025-09-18T03:06:32","date_gmt":"2025-09-18T09:06:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/somos-hermanos.mx\/?p=1609"},"modified":"2025-09-18T03:06:32","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T09:06:32","slug":"japon-dona-equipo-de-vanguardia-a-apac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/somos-hermanos.mx\/index.php\/2025\/09\/18\/japon-dona-equipo-de-vanguardia-a-apac\/","title":{"rendered":"Jap\u00f3n dona equipo de vanguardia a APAC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En un hecho hist\u00f3rico de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, <strong>el Gobierno de Jap\u00f3n, a trav\u00e9s del programa de Asistencia Financiera No-Reembolsable para Proyectos Comunitarios de Seguridad Humana (APC), otorg\u00f3 a APAC, IAP (Asociaci\u00f3n Pro Personas con Par\u00e1lisis Cerebral) una donaci\u00f3n de 110,317 d\u00f3lares<\/strong> para la adquisici\u00f3n de un exoesqueleto Trexo, un dispositivo de neurorehabilitaci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica que transformar\u00e1 los procesos de rehabilitaci\u00f3n infantil en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>La firma del convenio se celebr\u00f3 en las instalaciones de APAC, con la participaci\u00f3n del excelent\u00edsimo Kozo Honsei, embajador de Jap\u00f3n en M\u00e9xico, y de Guadalupe Maldonado Guerrero, directora general de la instituci\u00f3n. <strong>Este acuerdo representa un parteaguas en la atenci\u00f3n a personas con par\u00e1lisis cerebral, ya que permitir\u00e1 fortalecer los servicios de rehabilitaci\u00f3n e impactar directamente en la calidad de vida de m\u00e1s de 200 ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes que acuden semanalmente a recibir terapia.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cooperaci\u00f3n bilateral y compromiso social<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Durante su intervenci\u00f3n, el embajador Honsei subray\u00f3 que <strong>la inclusi\u00f3n social de las personas con discapacidad es una prioridad que Jap\u00f3n comparte con M\u00e9xico. <\/strong>Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que la entrega de este equipo especializado responde al compromiso de no dejar a nadie atr\u00e1s, aline\u00e1ndose con los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS) de las Naciones Unidas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos dispositivos que se donar\u00e1n son innovadores y permitir\u00e1n a los ni\u00f1os con par\u00e1lisis cerebral desarrollar mayor libertad de movimiento, fortalecer su crecimiento f\u00edsico y tambi\u00e9n experimentar una satisfacci\u00f3n emocional invaluable al lograr caminar por s\u00ed mismos\u201d, afirm\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un logro hist\u00f3rico para APAC<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, la maestra Guadalupe Maldonado Guerreo destac\u00f3 que este d\u00eda marca un acuerdo hist\u00f3rico entre el Gobierno de Jap\u00f3n y APAC, consolidando una colaboraci\u00f3n a largo plazo en beneficio de la poblaci\u00f3n con discapacidad en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSe trata de un acto de confianza y cooperaci\u00f3n internacional que fortalece los lazos de amistad entre Jap\u00f3n y M\u00e9xico. Este apoyo no solo es tecnolog\u00eda de \u00faltima generaci\u00f3n, tambi\u00e9n es esperanza y solidaridad para nuestras familias\u201d, expres\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>La directora explic\u00f3 que el Trexo se sumar\u00e1 al laboratorio de marcha de vanguardia con el que ya cuenta la instituci\u00f3n. Dicho laboratorio integra m\u00e1s de 11 dispositivos de neurorehabilitaci\u00f3n rob\u00f3tica, provenientes de pa\u00edses como Espa\u00f1a, Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1 y Nueva Zelanda. Con esta infraestructura, APAC se mantiene como referente en Latinoam\u00e9rica en materia de innovaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica aplicada a la rehabilitaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Entrevista exclusiva: una visi\u00f3n de futuro<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En entrevista posterior al acto protocolario, Maldonado comparti\u00f3 que este convenio coloca a APAC a la vanguardia en el uso de tecnolog\u00edas rob\u00f3ticas para la atenci\u00f3n de personas con par\u00e1lisis cerebral:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHoy, gracias a este apoyo, m\u00e1s de 200 ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y j\u00f3venes tendr\u00e1n acceso a tecnolog\u00eda que antes parec\u00eda inalcanzable. Estamos trayendo equipos de todo el mundo, pero lo m\u00e1s importante es que ponemos esta innovaci\u00f3n al alcance de la poblaci\u00f3n de escasos recursos que conf\u00eda en nosotros\u201d.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un paso hacia la inclusi\u00f3n real<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La ceremonia tambi\u00e9n sirvi\u00f3 como marco para reflexionar sobre el pr\u00f3ximo D\u00eda Mundial de la Par\u00e1lisis Cerebral, que se conmemora el 6 de octubre. <\/strong>En este contexto, los representantes de Jap\u00f3n y APAC coincidieron en que la inclusi\u00f3n de las personas con discapacidad implica no solo rehabilitaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, sino tambi\u00e9n oportunidades educativas, laborales y de participaci\u00f3n comunitaria.<\/p>\n<p>Desde hace m\u00e1s de 55 a\u00f1os, APAC trabaja con convicci\u00f3n y entrega para brindar rehabilitaci\u00f3n, educaci\u00f3n, formaci\u00f3n laboral e inclusi\u00f3n social a m\u00e1s de 500 personas con par\u00e1lisis cerebral y otras discapacidades. Esta donaci\u00f3n refuerza la misi\u00f3n de la instituci\u00f3n: acompa\u00f1ar a cada persona para que logre desarrollar su m\u00e1ximo potencial en un entorno de respeto, dignidad y esperanza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Conclusi\u00f3n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El convenio firmado entre Jap\u00f3n y APAC no solo dota de un nuevo dispositivo rob\u00f3tico a la instituci\u00f3n, sino que abre la puerta a una nueva era de colaboraci\u00f3n internacional. Representa un acto tangible de solidaridad y confianza que impactar\u00e1 directamente en cientos de familias mexicanas.<\/p>\n<p>Con este apoyo, Jap\u00f3n reafirma su compromiso de cooperaci\u00f3n y M\u00e9xico fortalece su capacidad de atenci\u00f3n a la discapacidad mediante tecnolog\u00eda de punta.
