{"id":1392,"date":"2025-08-25T01:32:59","date_gmt":"2025-08-25T07:32:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/somos-hermanos.mx\/?p=1392"},"modified":"2025-08-25T01:32:59","modified_gmt":"2025-08-25T07:32:59","slug":"fundacion-velez-iap-brinda-bienestar-integral-a-adultos-mayores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/somos-hermanos.mx\/index.php\/2025\/08\/25\/fundacion-velez-iap-brinda-bienestar-integral-a-adultos-mayores\/","title":{"rendered":"Fundaci\u00f3n V\u00e9lez IAP brinda bienestar integral a adultos mayores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>En M\u00e9xico se calculan en <strong>aproximadamente 15.4 millones de adultos mayores de 60 a\u00f1os en adelante. <\/strong>De esta poblaci\u00f3n el <strong>69.4% viven solas o presentan alg\u00fan tipo de discapacidad <\/strong>y 7 de cada 10 de los adultos mayores tienen alguna limitaci\u00f3n para ser independientes y requieren de apoyo para continuar con su bienestar y calidad de vida.<\/p>\n<p>Fundaci\u00f3n V\u00e9lez IAP <strong>fortalece a personas de la tercera edad mediante atenci\u00f3n integral e individual a trav\u00e9s de un amplio abanico de actividades, <\/strong>terapias y talleres que favorecen el \u00e1rea f\u00edsica, social y cognitiva.<\/p>\n<p>Con esta misi\u00f3n la instituci\u00f3n es el faro de esperanza y vitalidad para que sus beneficiarios cuenten con un bienestar total y de esta forma su calidad de vida aumente significativamente.<\/p>\n<p>El modelo que emplea la organizaci\u00f3n es la<strong> Valoraci\u00f3n Gerontol\u00f3gica Integral<\/strong>, que consiste en valoraci\u00f3n f\u00edsica, valoraci\u00f3n psicol\u00f3gica y valoraci\u00f3n social. Y en cuanto se realizan estos procesos, se crea un <strong>Plan Individualizado de Atenci\u00f3n<\/strong> en l\u00ednea donde los objetivos son definidos por el equipo de profesionales en conjunto con el participante.<\/p>\n<p>Para este plan tambi\u00e9n denominado <strong>Envejecimiento Saludable<\/strong> se llevan a cabo actividades en l\u00ednea donde se promueve un envejecimiento activo y saludable a trav\u00e9s de los distintos ejes de atenci\u00f3n integral.
